Peptide calculator

Find the syringe measurement for your vial and your chosen dose.

Calculate a measured volume

Choose the product and vial you have, then enter your own final volume and target dose.

Your result

Your result will appear here after you enter the three values and select Show my result.

Arithmetic reference only. The calculator does not determine a dose, route, solvent or storage period. For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.

More tools: spray, supply & per-kg

Optional arithmetic from values you provide. These controls do not choose a dose, route, solvent or mixing volume.

Quick help

Which amount do I use for a kit or multipack?

Use the amount in one vial, not the total in the box. Select your product and variant; the calculator shows the amount per vial automatically. Check it against the physical label.

Do I enter the water added or the total liquid?

Enter the final total liquid volume in the vial. For a ready-made solution, use the existing volume. The calculator does not choose a solvent or tell you how much liquid to add.

Do I need to know my dose already?

Yes. Enter your own target dose from your protocol. This tool converts that amount into a volume; it does not choose a personal dose. The optional per-kg helper also uses values you provide.

What does the syringe result mean?

The result shows the equivalent volume on a U-100 syringe scale: 100 markings equal 1 ml. Select your actual syringe capacity. Substance IU and syringe scale markings are different measurements and are not interchangeable.

Where are the spray and supply calculations?

Open More tools below the main calculation. Spray mode needs the measured volume of your pump; supply uses a weekly frequency you provide and describes quantity, not shelf life.

Can I keep a copy of my calculation?

Use Copy or Print once a valid result is displayed. Inputs stay in the current page state; this calculator does not save them or send them as analytics events.

How is the result calculated?
  1. Concentration: amount in one vial ÷ final solution volume. Example: 5 mg ÷ 2 ml = 2.5 mg/ml.
  2. Volume: target amount ÷ concentration, using matching units. Example: 0.5 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/ml = 0.2 ml.
  3. U-100 scale: volume in ml × 100. Example: 0.2 ml × 100 = 20 volume markings.

Examples explain arithmetic only. Check your product label and measurement equipment. IU cannot be substituted for mg.
