Shipping Information
All Milo-Lab orders are dispatched discreetly and intended strictly for laboratory and research use. Here's how shipping works, from processing to delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to many countries, with some exceptions. We currently do not ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, South America, Russia, the Scandinavian countries, or most European countries — within Europe we ship only to Italy, France, and the United Kingdom.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with neutral, unmarked exteriors. No product names, logos, or contents descriptions appear on the outside of the package.
Processing, Costs & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping inside Thailand is free.
Delivery times (estimates only, not guaranteed): domestic 1–4 days, international 7–20 days.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. You can use it to monitor your shipment's progress to your destination.
Customs, Delays & Lost Packages
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations before ordering.
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you provided, you are responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Confidentiality
Your order and shipping details are handled confidentially and are never shared with third parties except the logistics partner needed to deliver your order.
