Access to and use of Milo-lab.com (“the Site”) is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We try to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
  • Prices are listed in THB and include VAT as stated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Order acceptance: After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not acceptance. We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment methods: We accept payments by Bitcoin, Ethereum and credit card. You must pay the full amount at checkout, including shipping and taxes.
  • Order cancellations: After you placed an order and paid for the order, its not possible to cancel the order. Pls think twice before you place an order.

PART 3: SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a tracking number once shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to: many countries except Germany, Austria, Swiss, USA, Canada, South amerika, Russia, Scandinavian countries, most Europeancountries except italy, France, UK. If you are not sure if we send to you country, pls write us by Email to info@milo-lab.com

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout. Free shipping inside Thailand

Delivery Times (estimates only, not guaranteed)

  • Domestic: 1-4 days
  • International: 7-20 days

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss. For lost-in-transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Return

You have 7 days after you received the parcel to send back an order. Returns are just possible if the products are defect or in any way not useable. Change of mind is no reason to return an order!

How to Return

  1. Email info@milo-lab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).
