Membership Terms

1. What the membership is

Milo-Lab supplies research compounds to members only. A membership is a personal account, identified by your email address and a member number. Orders can only be placed while signed in. These Membership Terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The membership is provided by mCare LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Who can become a member

By opening a membership you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are a qualified researcher, or you purchase on behalf of a research organisation;
• all products are purchased for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis or treatment;
• you will handle, store and dispose of the products in line with the laws that apply to you.

You confirm this declaration each time you sign in, not only when you open your membership. Each confirmation is recorded with your account, together with the version of the text you confirmed.

3. Signing in

There is no password. To sign in, you enter your email address and we send a one-time code and a sign-in link to it. A code is valid for 10 minutes and can be used once. After signing in, your browser stays signed in for up to 90 days of inactivity, or until you log out.

Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to your membership. Keep your email account secure and contact us at once if you believe someone else has used your membership.

Your member number is personal and stays with your account. A number is never given to anyone else, also not after an account is deleted. A membership is not transferable.

4. Your orders and records

Your account page shows all orders placed with your member email address, including orders placed before the membership existed. Order details, shipping status and tracking come from our order records.

To show that every purchase was made by a verified member, we keep a record of when you confirmed these terms and the research-use declaration, the text version you confirmed, and the IP address used at the time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Member offers

We may make offers to members, for example seasonal pricing around Black Friday or the end of the year, and may give members access first. Whether, when and on which products we make an offer is our decision; offers can change or end at any time and do not create a right to a particular price. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.

6. Updates by email

Sign-in codes and order emails are part of the service. Emails about new compounds and restocks are optional: you only receive them if you opt in, and you can switch them off at any time on your account page.

7. Ending your membership

You can delete your membership at any time on your account page. This removes your account, your sign-in sessions and your recorded confirmations. Orders you placed are kept, because we are required to keep sales records for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

We may refuse, suspend or end a membership, and cancel open orders, if there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms are not being met, in particular any indication that products are intended for human consumption.

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in substance, we publish a new version on this page and ask you to confirm it the next time you visit or order. Until you confirm, you cannot place new orders.

9. Governing law

These Membership Terms are governed by the same law as our Terms & Conditions: the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected where they apply.
