Mechanism of Action
What Is the KLOW Blend?
KLOW is an all-in-one healing and skin research blend supplied as a single 80mg vial. It combines four repair-oriented peptides, each covering a different part of the recovery process: BPC-157 and TB-500 for systemic tissue repair, KPV for anti-inflammatory and immune support, and GHK-Cu for skin regeneration and collagen synthesis. Rather than running four separate vials, KLOW packages the full repair cascade into one protocol.
KLOW Component Breakdown
The 80mg vial contains a fixed blend: BPC-157 10mg · TB-500 10mg · KPV 10mg · GHK-Cu 50mg.
BPC-157 (10mg)
BPC-157, a pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein, promotes angiogenesis and cytoprotection. It is studied for repair of tendon, ligament, muscle and the gut lining, and for its systemic healing and protective signalling.
TB-500 (10mg)
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4. By upregulating actin and promoting cell migration, it supports systemic tissue repair, flexibility and wound healing, and complements BPC-157 across soft and connective tissue.
KPV (10mg)
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH. It carries the anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating activity of the parent hormone without its pigmentary effects, and is studied for inflammatory and gut-barrier support as well as skin.
GHK-Cu (50mg)
GHK-Cu is the copper tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys-Cu). It stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, supports wound remodelling and skin regeneration, and acts as an antioxidant, making it the dedicated skin-and-aesthetics element of the blend.
Why a Multi-Peptide Blend
Recovery is not a single step. Acute injury signalling, tissue rebuilding, inflammation control and skin or connective-tissue remodelling each depend on different pathways. KLOW assigns a purpose-built peptide to each: BPC-157 and TB-500 for the repair machinery, KPV for the inflammatory and immune layer, and GHK-Cu for structural and skin regeneration. This is why it is studied as a combined blend rather than as any single component.
KLOW Reconstitution and Storage
Reconstitution: use bacteriostatic water; swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake. After reconstitution: keep refrigerated at 2-8C, protect from direct light, and do not freeze again.
