Mechanism of Action

Glow 70 pairs three regenerative peptides in a single 70mg vial. BPC-157 (10mg) drives angiogenesis through VEGF/VEGFR2 upregulation and accelerates fibroblast migration via FAK-paxillin signalling, supporting tendon, ligament, muscle and gut-lining repair. TB-500 (10mg), a synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment, binds free G-actin to regulate actin polymerisation, mobilising repair cells systemically and supporting new blood-vessel formation. GHK-Cu (50mg), the copper-binding tripeptide and the dominant component by mass, upregulates collagen types I, III and VI plus decorin, releases VEGF and FGF at repair sites, and acts as an antioxidant and gene-expression modulator for skin remodelling. Together they cover the repair cascade from acute injury signalling through structural rebuilding to skin quality and collagen renewal.

What Is the Glow 70 Blend?

Glow 70 is a repair-and-skin research blend supplied as a single 70mg vial. It combines three regenerative peptides, each covering a different part of the recovery and tissue-quality process: BPC-157 and TB-500 for tissue repair, and GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis and skin regeneration. Rather than running three separate vials, Glow 70 packages the repair-and-aesthetics protocol into one.

Glow 70 Component Breakdown

The 70mg vial contains a fixed blend: BPC-157 10mg · TB-500 10mg · GHK-Cu 50mg.

BPC-157 (10mg)

BPC-157, a stable pentadecapeptide based on a sequence found in human gastric juice, promotes angiogenesis and cytoprotection. It upregulates VEGF and the VEGFR2 receptor to fuel new blood-vessel growth at injury sites, and activates FAK-paxillin signalling to speed fibroblast migration and collagen deposition. It is studied for repair of tendon, ligament, muscle and the gut lining.

TB-500 (10mg)

TB-500 reproduces the active region of thymosin beta-4. By binding free G-actin it fine-tunes actin polymerisation, letting repair cells migrate quickly toward damaged tissue. Unlike locally acting compounds it circulates and works body-wide, complementing BPC-157 across soft and connective tissue.

GHK-Cu (50mg)

GHK-Cu is the copper tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys-Cu) and the largest component of the blend by mass, which is what gives Glow 70 its skin-and-aesthetics emphasis. It stimulates synthesis of collagen types I, III and VI along with decorin, triggers VEGF and FGF release for angiogenesis, and modulates gene expression toward tissue remodelling and antioxidant defence.

Why a Multi-Peptide Blend

Recovery and skin quality are not a single step. Acute injury signalling, systemic repair-cell mobilisation and structural collagen rebuilding each depend on different pathways. Glow 70 assigns a purpose-built peptide to each: BPC-157 for local angiogenesis and cytoprotection, TB-500 for systemic cell migration, and GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis and skin remodelling. The GHK-Cu-weighted ratio is what separates Glow 70 from a pure recovery stack.

Glow 70 Reconstitution and Storage

Reconstitution: use bacteriostatic water; swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake. After reconstitution: keep refrigerated at 2-8C, protect from direct light, and do not freeze again.

First time using peptides. I'm 40 with some joint and back pain. Used two bottles of Glow in six weeks. Very therapeutic and pain relieving, and my skin looks firmer too. To enhance the benefits I fasted 18 hours a day, whole foods, no sugar, low carb. Milo-Lab offers premium products and premium service. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to using Milo again when back in Thailand.
